Subjective Atlas of Bosnia and Herzegovina

ジェームズ・ライディング博士（ニューカッスル大学）の主導により開発され、サラエボの「戦後研究センター（PCRC）」が主催する『ボスニア・ヘルツェゴビナの主観的地図集』は、分断と変容に彩られたこの地域に対する多様な個人的視点を集約したものです。
サラエボ、スレブレニツァ、ヴィテズで開催された3回の若者向けワークショップにおいて、75名を超える地元および海外からの参加者が、自らの生きた経験を通じてこの国を地図化しました。さらに、個々のアーティストが新作を提供し、視点と表現のさらなる層を加えました。これらの地図、旗、視覚的物語が一体となり、今日のボスニア・ヘルツェゴビナの集合的かつ多面的な肖像を描き出しています。

世界各地の地域を “そこに暮らす人々の主観” から描き出すアトラス（地図本）シリーズです。
国家や行政が作る「客観的」地図とは異なり、住民の経験・感情・記憶・日常の視点を素材に、地域の複層的な姿を可視化します。2003年に Annelys de Vet が開始し、現在までに 20 冊以上が刊行されています。
